These Terms & Conditions are related to our domain registration and hosting services
- We will respond to queries submitted by email to admin@datasync.co.uk within five working days.
- We will investigate any reported abuse within two days, abuse can be reported by email to abuse@datasync.co.uk.
- Complaints related to our services can be reported by email to admin@datasync.co.uk, and will try to resolve any issues within two working days, and will send you frequent updates of the progress, if you are not satisfied with our initial solution, you can call our customer services telephone line +442075588955 and will explore alternative solutions.
UK Domains:
- For all UK domains, we follow Nominet's terms and conditions which can be found via the following link Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration

- We charge £25 for domain registration, £15 renewal per year, £25 for domain transfer or termination.
- We will renew any domain you register with us automatically for a period of one year if you explicitly request that, otherwise you will be notified 30 days before expiry, and requested to confirm your acceptance for the renewal.
We reserve the right to change our terms of business, without explicit notice. |
